1 Take 2 Minutes has been very helpful to me and has made me become a better and happier person. Doing the daily activites helped implement different ways to promote positivity and peace in my life. I have learned the importance of meditation and how I should strive to focus on things that I should be grateful for in my everyday life.
2 I LOVE Take 2 Minutes. I have noticed a huge difference in my outlook. I find myself looking at the positive in things. My patience and tolerance levels are better. Even my husband has noticed. It states to wait 15 days to start 3 goods things again but I want to keep doing it every day because I'm afraid I will lose my outlook.
3 I have been loving the service you have been providing. It has helped me in the sense that it has been keeping centered and in the present. I have noticed when my mind starts to wander that the negative thoughts dont last as long.

9 I really appreciated the gratitude challenge. It made me feel very appreciative of those different aspects of life. I felt in touch with myself and the life I experience. After completing day 5 today, I felt proud of myself for taking time to be positive when I know I can be negative a lot. This exercise helped me know there is a lot to feel positive about, and I just need to train my brain to see positivity as well. That is necessary. I can be positive too. Thank you Take 2 Minutes!
